In a talk titled, ‘UK to Germany Interconnector: The Road Ahead’, Lindsay Smith presented details on the Tarchon project to representatives from the regional energy community including the context, timelines and key ways in which the diverse and skilled supply chain in East Anglia can work with Tarchon to bring benefit and opportunity to the area.
The SNS conference is a leading forum where industry, the supply chain, academia, and government connect with the energy sector supporting the East of England. This year’s conference highlighted the projects in the region which support the energy transition and the road to net zero, and attracted over 1,400 attendees from the industry.
Lindsay Smith noted; “SNS 2025 provided an opportunity for the Tarchon project to foster meaningful conversations with the local supply chain and to create a strong pipeline for excellent project delivery in the future.”
Tarchon will endeavour to involve local suppliers throughout all procurement processes. If you are interested in registering your interest as a supplier for the Tarchon project, please email info@tarchonenergy.net with the subject header “FAO Supply Chain”.
